IT Helpdesk Specialist (Code IT01)
Description
IT Helpdesk Specialist with a 2 to 3 Years of Experience is required for Al Tawfeek Leasing Company.The candidate will also serve as a backup systems administrator and play a key role in maintaining the integrity and availability of our IT infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond promptly to IT help desk inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
- Perform routine system checks, backups, and maintenance.
- Assist in system performance monitoring and security implementations
- Document support processes and maintain user manuals.
- Adhere to internal IT and corporate policies, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 Years Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, networking, and databases
- Familiar with network equipment (AVAYA, HP, FortiGate)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical issues
-Good command of the English Language.
Credit Analyst (Code CA01)
Description
Prepare initial evalution of credit proposl memos for existing and new client, and assisting in all related work to credit analysis activities to ensure that all presented credit files are complete and in compliance with company policies and procedures .
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the credit analysis field.
Credit course certificate required.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent command of both English and Arabic Languages.
Leasing Relationship Management (Code LRM01)
Description
Selling and marketing the company products/services through acquiring a solid top quality client portfolio. The candidate is required to possess a high level of analytical & communication skills and to comply with AT Lease Risk Acceptance Criteria, in which will guide him/her to acquire the portfolio.
Qualifications
University graduate from a leading university.
Credit Course or equivalent diploma /certificate is a MUST.
From 2 years up to 10 years’ experience in Leasing, Corporate Banking, SMEs &/or Insurance.
Excellent command of English Language & computer skills is a MUST
Factoring Relationship Management (Code FRM01)
Description
Selling and marketing the company products/services through acquiring a solid top quality client portfolio. The candidate is required to possess a high level of analytical & communication skills and to comply with AT Lease Risk Acceptance Criteria, in which will guide him/her to acquire the portfolio.
Qualifications
University graduate from a leading university.
