Mr. Tarek Fahmy

Mr. Tarek Fahmy, Egyptian National, holder of Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, Cairo University and has over 35 years of diversified local and International experience, working with global organizations such as DHL, Promoseven, Citibank, Dallah Al Baraka…etc. During those years Mr. Fahmy has headed different businesses such as Financial Institutions/Correspondent Banking, Operations, Credit and Marketing, Relationship Management, Financial Control, Trade, Cash Management ,Retail Banking, Lease and Mortgage Management and lastly as the CEO and MD of A.T. LEASE. He is also the MD of A.T.Securitiztion and a board member in Egyptian Saudi Insurance House and the chairman of The Egyptian Leasing Association and the Chairman of the Egyptian Leasing Federation and a Leasing Consultant to the FRA.  Mr. Fahmy received more than 28 international courses, diplomas and  seminars in Corporate Credit, Marketing, Risk Management, Treasury, Operations, Selling and Negotiation Skills, Management Workshops, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Retail Banking Products, Investment Banking, Lease and Mortgage Management…etc in addition to one of the most sophisticated Harvard University courses; Investment Appraisal, Project Finance and Risk Analysis. He has acquired many international awards especially during his 18 years as the Vice President at Citibank Egypt. As the CEO & MD of A.T. LEASE. Mr. Fahmy has taken the company (A.T. LEASE) from an idea in 2006 to be on top of the leasing industry in Egypt and the only Leasing and Factoring Company in Egypt Listed in the Egyptian Stock Exchange.

Mr. Mahmoud Abdel Hafez

Mr. Mahmoud Abdulhafez, Egyptian National, holdes a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, Ain Shams University.Mr. Mahmoud Abdulhafez is currently The General Manager of Al Tawfeek Development House Company, and previously Mr. Abdulhafez was a Chief Financial Officer of Al Tawfeek Company for Investment Funds Limited (Cayman Islands) for 20 years.

Earlier in his career Mr. Abdulhafez spent six years with National Bank of Egypt and Helwan Engineering Industries Company, Mr. Mahmoud Abdulhafez joined Dallah AL Baraka Group since 1983 and during those years he was responsible for leading the Finance Team, his primary focus is the Strategy, Planning, Development, Monitoring and reporting overview of all Elements of the Financial Management of the Company.

Mr. Mahmoud Abdulhafez is a Member of the Board of Directors of A.T. Lease, Egyptian Saudi Insurance House, A. T. Financial Holding, Al-Tawfeek Development & Investment “ADICO” – Beirut, Mechref Company – Beirut – Lebanon.

Joined AlBaraka Bank of Egypt - in 2009 holding the below Roles and Managerial Positions:
- General Managewr of SME's Business Unit.
- Head of Branch.
- Mandated in 2010 to work in Syria as Country Sector Head of Credit.

- Mandated in 2019 to Remotely Consult and Participate in the Development of AlBaraka Lebanon and Bahrain Credit Policies.

Mr. Mohamed Ashraf Ramzy

Mr. Mohamed Ashraf Ramzy, Egyptian National, holder of Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Cairo University, in addition two Diplomas, in Banking Studies and financial Management and is currently finalizing his MBA in the GUC – Cairo,He worked in Misr International Bank, which later became National Societe Generale Bank, then QNB for 25years, 20 years of which in Corporate Banking Department,Mr. Mohamed Ashraf, then joined the largest mortgage finance company in Egypt, EL Taamer Co. for Mortgage Finance to act as Deputy Chairman & Managing Director for more than 5years. During which, he succeeded in increased the company’s portfolio by 10 times to reach L.E 1.3 billion, thereby acquiring a 60% market share,For the past three years and up till 2017 year-end, Mr. Mohamed Ashraf acted as the Chairman & Managing Director of the National Company for Maize Products, whereby he has undergone a rigorous restructure plan leading to a significant growth in net profits by 3 folds to reach high of LE 210 million in 2017 compared to LE 70 million in 2015.Currently Mr. Mohamed Ashraf Ramzy is a  Board Member and the Head of the Audit Committee in Misr Capital Investment Co., the Investment arm of Banque Misr. Previously, He was also a member in the Board of Directors of several entities, including:-

• Banque du Caire.
• The Holding company for Investment (the investment arm of the Housing Development Bank)
• Eskan for Insurance Company.
• El Taamer Company for Factoring.
• Alpha Co. for Industries and Construction.

Moreover, Mr. Mohamed Ashraf is a certified lecturer at the Egyptian Banking Institute since 2007 and up till date.

Mr. Amgad Mounir

Current Position:
Head of Minister’s Office Sector – Ministry of Finance –Arab Republic of Egypt

• Mr. Amgad Mounir has held the positon of Head of the Sector of the Finance Minister’s Office since 2014.
• He is considered the longest serving Senior Deputy Minister among other officials of All departments of the Ministry of Finance, if not all state’s administrative functions as whole.
• He has a work history of more than 36 years in the Ministry of Finance, full of diverse experiences in the areas of reviewing budgets and final accounts for all governmental organizations, financing, managing the operations of financing the state’s general budget in terms of bonds and treasury bills, dealing with local and international funding institutions, and managing portfolios and assets, business evaluation, strategic planning and change management.

Career Experience:

In 2014: Appointed Head of the Sector of the Minister’s Office, holding this position to date.
In 2010: Appointed Head of the Central Administration for Finance in the Finance Sector.
In 2005: Appointed Director General of the Minister’s Office Sector.
In 1998: He was promoted to the position of Senior Researcher in Finance and Investment in the Finance Sector.
In 1992: He was promoted to the position of Second Researcher in Finance and Investment in the Finance Sector.
In 1985: He joined the Ministry of Finance as a Third Researcher in Finance and Investment in the Finance Sector.
